Welcome to Pathfinders Cymru
We’re a local charity helping all children and young people grow and learn together. Our goal? To build a happy community that celebrates inclusion, diversity, & belonging. We break down barriers and create activities and spaces where everyone—no matter their abilities—can connect, thrive, and grow.

Our Mission
At Pathfinders Cymru, our mission is to ensure that children and young people with learning disabilities are fully integrated, valued, and celebrated within our community.
We believe that every individual brings unique talents and vibrant qualities that enrich our society. By offering inclusive activities and meaningful volunteering opportunities—from running community spaces like libraries and gardens to leading social clubs and cooking groups—we create pathways for ALL children and young people to come together, share experiences, and build connections.
Whether through school partnerships or collaboration with home-educating families, we are dedicated to breaking down the barriers that keep people with learning disabilities isolated and separate from the whole community.
We are working towards a future where meaningful inclusion is the norm, not the exception, to a world where Pathfinders Cymru will no longer be needed.
